Financial Policy

We accept all major credit/debit cards, money orders, personal checks and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. For questions and clarifications regarding your account, please call us at 778-433-1888.

For those with dental insurance, we are happy to file your PRIMARY insurance for 100% of our fees. You’ll be required to pay 40% of the fee on the day of service and after your insurance provider has paid, we can send you a refund for any payment made over 60% of the treatment cost. However, we may bill you for any remaining balance if the insurer pays lower than their supposed share of your fees. If you want to file your insurance claim directly, we’re happy to provide you with the necessary forms.
